How To Keep Your Body Clean, And healthy!

We do different activities every day. We play, sing, dance, walk and work. Some of these activities make us dirty. Dirt carries germs that make us sick. We should keep ourselves clean to protect our body from germs. 
Keeping Ourselves Clean:

We should brush our teeth twice a day.[In the morning and night]

We should take a bath every day. After bathing, We should wear clean clothes and comb our hair.

We should always wash our hands with soap and water before and after eating. We should also wash them after using the toilet.

We should keep our nails clean and get them trimmed regularly.


Cleanliness In The House And Surroundings:
We should keep our surroundings clean. We should always throw waste materials into covered dustbin. We should never throw them on the floor or outside our house. Throwing our garbage outside our house brings flies and mosquitoes. We should keep our room clean and tidy. We should keep our books and toys back in their places after use. We should plant more trees. Trees make our surroundings clean and green.
Keeping Our Body Healthy And Fit:
We should take good care of our body to keep them healthy and fit. Exercises, Such as walking, Cycling and runnings, And playing outdoor games every day help us to stay healthy. Yoga is an important exercise that helps our body to relax and stay healthy. It also helps our body and mind to become calm. We should eat fresh fruits and green vegetables to keep ourselves healthy. We should also drink seven to ten glasses of water every day. It is also important for us to rest. When we rest, our body gets energy for the next day. Sleep for at least eight hours every day.
