Places In Our Neighbourhood

PLACE IN OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD

The area around our house is called our neighbourhood. the people who live near our house are called our neighbours.there are many places in a neighbourhood.

 

MARKET

A market has many shop.we go to the market to buy fruits vegetables and many things every day Need.

SCHOOL

We go to school to learn a different thing.

PARK

Park is the open spaces in the neighbourhood. they have swings and slides for children.they also gave benches for people to sit on.we go to the park, play, exercise and enjoying the fresh air.

HOSPITAL

We go to the hospital when we are sick or hurt..the doctors and nurses take care of us.they also give us medicine.

POST OFFICE

we go to the post office to send letters and parcels. a postman delivers our letters and parcels.we can buy postcard, stamps and envelopes from the post office.

BANK

We keep important items such as money and jewellery in a bank. Bank also provides us locker..a bank keeps our belongings safe.

POLICE STATION

every neighbourhood has a police station. there are police officers in a police station. police officers guard our neighbourhood and keep us safe.

FIRE STATION

we call the fire station when we saw a house or a building catches fire. Firefighter put out fires and save lives.

RAILWAY STATION

neighbourhood also has a railway station..we use trains to go one place to another place.

HOW CAN WE TAKE CARE OF OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD

• we should keep our neighbourhood clean.
• We should never pluck flowers from the park.
• We should grow more plants and tree in our neighbourhood.
